- We ship anywhere within USA.
- International countries we currently ship to are and offer different shipping options as applicable: United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore. If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please email us at email@example.com to see if shipment can be arranged.
- All items are normally shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS.
- The tracking details and carrier information associated with your order will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.
- Shipping costs will vary depending on the item purchased, as well as method and location of delivery. The final shipping cost for your order will be available on the Payment Page after you have entered your shipping address.

- Shipping times will vary depending on whether the item is in our warehouse, shipping directly from the supplier, or made-to-order. The expected shipping date for each item is available under the DETAILS section on the product page.
- A tracking number with delivery details will be emailed to you when your order ships.
- Items that are in stock and shipping from our warehouse are typically processed within 10 to 12 business days.
- Items that are made-to-order or customized will be commissioned by you when you place your order, and therefore will take longer to produce and ship (Typically between 4 to 8 weeks).
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [10-15] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except national holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

ARE THERE EVER ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES?
- Yes, in certain cases there could be additional shipping and handling fee if the product is excessively voluminous or heavy or if it needs special care while transportation.
DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSPORT
- If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, email us immediately at email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos and videos.
- Buyers are advised that we are not responsible for any custom charges, duties, VAT, etc., that your country may be charging as these vary from case-to-case and are beyond our purview.
- International customers are advised to contact your local customs for any clarification. Additionally, feel free to contact us, and we may in some cases have older experiences from customers to share.
- Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
- Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
